SinglePipe and IBBS Announce Integrated Back-end Support for Cable Operators Deploying Digital Voice
—Partnership Matches Industry’s Leading Wholesale Voice Managed Service Offering With Award-Winning OSS Software and Support—
Washington, DC – SinglePipe Communications (SinglePipe), a leading managed service provider of wholesale digital voice solutions, and Integrated Broadband Services, LLC (IBBS), a leading provider of OSS software and services for broadband and tier 2 cable operators, today introduced a joint, integrated back office solution for voice, video and data to cable customers.
This offering will combine Broadband Explorer, IBBS’ award-winning diagnostics and provisioning software, with the SinglePipe Integrated Provisioning System Platform (SIPS) for Digital Voice.
“IBBS and SinglePipe maintain a shared vision of providing tier-2 cable operators with the tools they need to deliver comprehensive, cost-effective, quality wholesale digital voice solutions,” said Matt Phillips, CEO, SinglePipe Communications. “This partnership is a perfect match; the synergies between IBBS and SinglePipe offer an integrated solution that all but eliminates the complexities inherent in typical rollouts, and reduces both the time and expense of deploying and maintaining the necessary components to get services to market faster without compromising on quality, flexibility or control.”
SinglePipe enables broadband and cable operators to quickly launch customizable and scalable revenue-generating Digital Phone services. The combination of its managed service offering and SIPS empowers cable operators to market, sell, provision, deploy, manage and bill Digital Voices services.
According to IBBS CEO, Dave Keil, “IBBS is exceptionally customer focused, and our partnership with SinglePipe is a natural extension of this vision.”
He continued, “This integration will provide tier-2 cable operators with the means to provide customers with the highest lever of service, without unnecessary cost and back-end complexity.”
IBBS provides mission-critical OSS software and services to more than 200 cable operators worldwide. With this partnership, the company solidifies its unique position to deploy and deliver effective, preventive solutions that require minimal investment, create consistent streams of additional revenue, and meet the complex demands of today’s telecommunications marketplace.
